| 摘 要： | 上世纪前半叶,欧洲先后经历了两次世界大战的磨难。在战后条约的基础上,欧洲分别形成了两个不同的安全体系:"凡尔赛体系"和"雅尔塔体系"。这两大体系不同的内部结构和运作机制给欧洲带来截然不同的命运。

They have both brought about different influences on Europe. |
