| 摘 要： | 通过梳理有关管理绩效和大学管理绩效的研究文献，发现：目前主要存在三种不同的绩效观，对绩效度量的研究也存在不同的派别和度量方法体系。对于大学管理绩效的研究尚处于初始阶段，基本上是企业管理理论在高教领域的移植和发展。目前的研究视角主要集中在投入一产出和制度两方面，前者侧重于定量研究，后者侧重于定性分析。但由于绩效理论本身的不完善，以及大学与企业之间的本质差异，目前的研究还存在很大的片面性、局部性和零散性，研究体系还不够系统，研究的深度尚未达到从理论本质上提高大学管理绩效的目的。
