| Abstract: | By using the method of documentary and the psychological literature for athletes' retirement, the author analyzes the adjustment of elite ex_athletes and discusses a number of factors related to the successful cases of the ex_athletes adjustment. A model of such transition is which might be used in studying athlete's retirement and counselling ex_athletes. |
