| 摘 要： | 随着汉江流域用水量持续增长,南水北调中线工程取水于丹江口水库,水源将没有可靠保证,因此不得不规划由三峡水库取水、向丹江口水库补水的“补偿工程”。也就量说,所谓“中线自流调水工程”实质将转化辚“中线提扬调水工程”。众多事实说明,同时提扬调水工程,取水口选在湖北长湖比选在三峡水库,要更加经济、更加优越。

| Abstract: | With the continuous increasing water using volume in the Hanjiang River Basin, the water is taken form Dan Jiangkou Reservoir in the Centerline Project of Moving Water from South to North, which will not guarantee the trustworthy resource. Therefor, the plan has to be designed to fetch water from the Three Georges reservoir to compensate for Dan Jiangkou Reservoir, which is called Compensation Construction. That is to say, the essence of "Centerline Project of Moving Water by self-flowing" turns out to be "Centerline Project of Moving water by up-flowing". As for the same Project of Moving Water by up-flowing". As for the same Project of Moving Water by up-flowing, it is proved that Water Mouth chosen in Chang Lake of Hubei will be nore economic and advantageous than the one chosen in the Three Georges Reservoir. |
