| 摘 要： | 教研室作为学校教学和科研活动的重要基层组织,其管理状况在某种程度上直接反映了学校教学质量及科研水平.目前,随着高校招生规模的不断扩大,尤其是刚升格的地方性本科院校,教研室在管理上存在很多问题,如学校对教研室重视程度不够、教学与科研关系处理不当、教研室活动流于形式、教学档案管理比较混乱等.加强教研室的管理,进行教研室管理体制的改革显得尤为迫切.

| Abstract: | Teaching and research section as the important grassroot organization of teaching and scientific research activities of college,its management status directly reflects teaching quality and scientific research level.At present,with the enrollment expansion of colleges,especially those newly-established colleges,there are many problems on the management of teaching and research sections.Such as colleges pay little attention to teaching and research sections,the relation of teaching and scientific research is misconducted,the activities of teaching and research sections become a mere formality,the management of teaching files is in confusion.So it seems to be very urgent to intensify the reform of management system of teaching and research sections. |
