| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来，我国农村实行了家庭联产承包责任制，解放了农村生产力，使大量男性农民为了家庭和自身发展的需要，纷纷涌入城市。男性劳动力的外出，使农村社会出现了一个独特的群体——留守妇女，她们成为新农村建设和农业现代化的主力军。然而，她们的农业技能情况却不尽如人意，加强农业技术培训是提高她们综合素质、促进农业现代化发展的重要途径。

| Abstract: | Since reforming and opening policy,Chinese rural areas implemented the household contract responsibility system,which greatly liberated rural production forces.Under the practice of reforming the system of household registration,many male peasants poured into urban areas for the aim of the family earning and self-development.With the egression of male production forces,there appears a particular group in our rural areas——rural remaining women,who are the main force resources during the course of Chinese New Countryside Constructioin and Agricultural Modernization.However,the agricultural skills of the rural remaining women are not satisfactory,strengthening the agricultural technical training is an important way to improve their compehensive quality,and promote modernization of agriculture development. |
