| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代中期以后,扩大内需特别是扩大农村消费需求成为经济工作的基本立足点。但扩大农村消费需求的意义并不仅限于拉动国民经济持续稳定增长,而是体现于经济、政治、文化和生态等各个方面。只有全面认识扩大农村消费需求的现实功能,才能把党和政府制定的有关扩大农村消费需求的方针政策落到实处。

| Abstract: | Since the middle of the 1990s,the economic focus has shifted to expanding home demand,especially rural consumption demand.The importance of expanding home demand,however,should not be confined only to the steady increase of national economy,but expand to the development of economy,politics,culture and zoology,etc.An overall comprehension of the capacity of expanding the rural consumption demand is fatal to the implantation of the relevant policies made by the Party and government. |
