科技人员奖励性薪酬满意度差异性分析——基于江苏省12 000份问卷的研究

摘    要:在建设创新型国家的进程中,能否调动广大科技人员的积极性和创造性是事业成败的关键.作为鼓励员工提高劳动效率和工作质量的奖励性薪酬在众多激励因素中无疑是最具激励作用的.基于对江苏省(除南通市)12个城市的12 000名科技人员进行问卷调查的基础上,对不同年龄、性别、单位性质和职称科技人员的奖励性薪酬满意度进行了调查分析和评价,发现不同年龄、不同性别、不同职称、不同单位性质的科技人员对奖励性薪酬满意度存在显著差异,并对结果进行了分析和评价.

Abstract:It is the key to the success or failure of a cause whether the enthusiasm and innovation of the science and technology personnel can be mobilized during the course of constructing an innovation-type country. Incentive compensation, as a means of encouraging employees and enhancing labor efficiency and work quality, is undoubtedly the most motivating of numerous incentive measures. Taking the science and technology personnel in the Jiangsu province as an example, this article analyses respectively the incentive compensation satisfaction statuses of science and technology personnel of various ages, sexes, working in units and the title of a technical post of various natures.
