| Abstract: | Strategy of sustainable development, scientific view of development, recycling economy and low carbon economy marks the continuity of green concept in China＇s economic development, and promotes the rise of green economy wave. Scientific and technological innovation is the first driving force to the rise of China＇s green economy wave. Enterprises, government departments and the public should perform their respective duties and dedicate theirselves to promote the capacity of scientific innovation. |
