| 摘 要： | 为分析资源型经济运行机制,通过建立资源型地区内生增长模型,考察了资源型经济的要素流动机制和路径选择特征,结果表明:在要素配置水平低下的情况下,依赖资源开发不仅会直接阻碍长期中的经济增长,还能通过其他社会经济变量的间接作用弱化经济增长;并通过计量模型进行了实证检验。实现资源型经济良性运行,需要完善要素配置环境,通过相关政策规范资源型地区的经济行为,建设可递进的资本形成机制。

Analysis on the Impact Mechanism of Resource Development of Resource-based Economy |

| Abstract: | In order to explore the operating mechanism and seek healthy development path of resource-based economy, through the establishment of a three-sector endogenous growth model, the article explains the mechanisms and characteristics of factor mobility and path selection of resource-based economy. Results of the analysis model are obtained that in case of deteriorated factor allocation resource development dependence not only directly impedes the long-term economic growth, but also through other indirect effects of socio-economic variables weakens economic growth capabilities. And the idea is tested through the establishment of econometric model. On this basis, the article believes that the key to the successful transformation of the resource-based economy is to achieve the elements optimal allocation, and to build progressive capital formation ability. |
