| 摘 要： | 网页作品的著作权保护形式问题是关系到如何保护网站原创性的重要因素。本文从分析网页作品的构成和性质出发，在对保护现状进行分析的基础上，分3个步骤探讨了网页作品保护的具体形式问题，并根据研究结论提出了相应的立法建议。
