| 摘 要： | 成人高等教育人才培养是其改革的突破口,培养适合社会需要的"知识能力型"人才是成人高等教育改革的目的追求。本文分析我国成人高等教育体制、教育对象和教育资源,论述了成人高等教育"学历+技能"人才培养的背景、具体内容,重点就创新专业(课程)体系、创建"双师型"教师队伍、创设数字化教育平台,提出了实现成人高等教育"学历+技能"人才培养的具体路径。

| Abstract: | Adult higher education is aimed to cultivate learned and skilled talents to meet the demand of today’s society.This article analyzes China’s continuing higher education system,objects and resources,and discusses the situation and contents of "diploma + skill" mode,therefore proposing a feasible approach towards the talent training through upgrading innovative course system,academic and professional faculty,and digitalized instructional platforms. |
