摘    要:校本研训是教师专业发展与个人成长的重要路径,通过校本研训提高教师素质已成为办学治教的重要措施。以课题研究为依托,以样本学校研训组织构建与运行事实为依据,总结、归纳具有代表性、普适性、示范性的学校校本研训组织的特点与功能,以期推动校本研训组织合理有效地发挥作用。

Abstract:As an important part of teachers' personal and professional development, school - based training & pedagogical research has played an important role in improving teaching quality and the development of schools and pedagogy. Based on research of subject and functions of school - based training & pedagogical research organizers in sample schools, the writer concluded the functions and characteristics of organizers in this article, hoping to help the organizers of school - based training & pedagogical research function effectively.
