多层次IT人才实践能力培养模式研究与实施

摘    要:多层次IT人才实践能力培养模式,以IT行业人才需求为出发点,注重学生在实践教学环节培养中培养目标的定位和具体内容的实施,建立"多层次"渐进学习的培养模式,结合职业职能培养、IT行业外语能力培养,构成全方位人才培养平台。为培养学生实践能力和职业职能意识提供了良好的学习氛围和实践体系,也为高校IT人才培养改革和实践作出了有意义的探索。

Abstract:The multi - hvel IT talents practice model takes the IT industry demand as the starting point, paying at- tention to orientating training goals in practical teaching link and specific content of the practice in the students cultivation to establish "multi - level" gradual training mode of learning, combined with the professional function training, the IT in- dustry foreign language ability training to form a comprehensive training platform. It provides a good learning environment and practical system for training students' practical ability and professional function consciousness, and it also makes meaningful exploration for university IT personnel training reform and practice.
