| 摘 要： | 高等教育国际化是高等教育发展的一种必然趋势,是多种因素综合作用的结果。我国大学要加入国际化行列,还需采取多维度的改革措施,如改革高等教育的管理体制、确立面向世界的培养目标、提高科研能力、加强国际交流等。此外,我国大学在高等教育国际化的过程中,还应把握好三个方面的关系,即国际化与民族化之间的关系,增进学术交流与保护知识产权之间的关系,化交流与“化殖民主义”之间的关系。

| Abstract: | Internationalization of higher education is an inevitable trend in the development of higher education, resulting from comprehensive function of multiple factors. Joining the ranks of internationalization, China's institutions of higher learning must take multidimensional reform measures such as reforming their management system, setting up the world oriented training goal, improving the ability of scientific research, strengthening the international exchange and so on. Meanwhile, three relationships should be handled correctly: the relationship between internationalization and nationalization; the relationship between promoting academic exchanges and protecting the intellectual property right; and the relationship between cultural exchange and "cultural colonialism". |
