简论教师人格的塑造过程

摘    要:教师人格塑造的过程是一种有目的、有选择的社会教师人格要求的传递和个体教师人格内心体验与追求相统一的过程。其主要包括 :教师人格认识的教育 ;教师人格情感的熏陶 ;教师人格意志的培养 ;教师人格行为的锻炼。也就是一个不断由知经情和意到行的转化过程

Abstract:The molding process of teachers' personality is the process transmitting social requirements upon teachers' personality with particular intention and selection on one hand,on the other hand,integrating individual teacher's inner world experience together with his pursuit of ideal personality.However,the process primarily includes those as the following:the enlightening education of teachers' personality;the gradual,uplifting influence on teachers' personality;the willpower nurturing of teachers' personality and the behavior training of this personality.Anyway,it is a constant transferring process from being well equipped with this knowledge to putting this knowledge into effect.
