| Abstract: | The molding process of teachers' personality is the process transmitting social requirements upon teachers' personality with particular intention and selection on one hand,on the other hand,integrating individual teacher's inner world experience together with his pursuit of ideal personality.However,the process primarily includes those as the following:the enlightening education of teachers' personality;the gradual,uplifting influence on teachers' personality;the willpower nurturing of teachers' personality and the behavior training of this personality.Anyway,it is a constant transferring process from being well equipped with this knowledge to putting this knowledge into effect. |
