摘    要:再好的教育课程,也无法准确地代表真实的教学。加强职前教师教育实践课程的教学,为职前教师提供足够的了解中小教育实际、中学生现状以及实践训练的机会,乃是避免职前教师实习支教认知冲突的根本途径。
