| 摘 要： | 在中国古代思想史上，人们已经将董仲舒与汉武帝紧紧捆绑在一起，认为董仲舒的学说为封建专制政治提供了理论依据，而实际上董仲舒在《春秋繁露》中所构想的政治模式是君居尊位而静默无为，臣据才德分职而治，上下相维而不相干涉的相对宽和的政治体制，这种消解专制政治的思想决定了他对汉朝采取批评甚至否定的政治态度，遭遇坎坷的人生命运。

| Abstract: | In ancient Chinese ideological history, people firmly combined the Emperor of Han Dynasty-Emperor Wu with Dong Zhongshu, thinking that Dong Zhongshu＇s theory provided theoretical basis for feudal autocracy. In fact, the political pattern constructed by Dong Zhongshu in his Chun Qiu Fan Lu was a relatively loose political system that the monarch occupied the most honorable position but observed silence and did nothing, that the subjects were distributed administrative position according to their ability and moral character, and that the higher level and the lower level mutually supervised each other but did not mutually interfere with each other. This political ideology which dispels autocracy determines both his criticizing and negative political attitude to Han Dynasties and his rough and bumpy life destiny. |
