| 摘 要： | 集体主义是一种一切从集体出发,把集体利益放在个人利益之上的崇高精神。培养学生正确的集体主义观念,是班级管理工作的首要任务。文章从用目标法唤起学生的集体主义荣誉感、用竞赛法培养学生集体主义意识、以特色活动法实现创建优秀班集体等方面,对班级管理中学生集体主义意识的培养策略进行研究。

| Abstract: | Collectivism is a kind of lofty spirit which starts from the collective and puts the collective interests above the individual interests.It is the primary task of class management to cultivate students'correct collectivism concept.This paper studies the strategy of cultivating students'sense of collectivism in class management from the following aspects:arousing students'sense of collectivism with goal method,cultivating students'collectivism consciousness with competition method,and creating excellent class collective by characteristic activity method. |
