| 摘 要： | 体育室内课不仅是对课外实践教学的有效补充,而且可以提高学生的体育素养,帮助学生养成坚持体育锻炼的习惯,但现阶段的体育室内课堂教学仍然存在许多问题亟待解决。新课改背景下,体育教师应注重室内课教学的开展,加深学生对体育理论知识的理解,培养学生的安全意识和终身体育意识,使学生健康快乐地成长。

| Abstract: | Physical education indoor class is not only an effective supplement to extracurricular practice teaching,but also can improve students'physical competence and help students form the habit of insisting on physical exercise.However,there are still many problems to be solved in physical education indoor class teaching at this stage.Under the background of the new curriculum reform,physical education teachers should pay attention to the development of indoor teaching,deepen students'understanding of sports theoretical knowledge,cultivate students'safety awareness and lifelong sports awareness,and make students grow up healthily and happily. |
