| 摘 要： | 目前，成人教育正面临着前所未有的好形势。2010年5月国务院常务会议审议并通过的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》，确定了我国成人教育未来发展的基本走向，对成人教育改革与创新提出了新要求，挑战与机遇并存。探索成人教育发展中的新特点和新途径是摆在我们面前的新课题，是成人教育研究和发展的基本要素。而加强农村成人教育师资队伍建设、加快农村成人教育立法步伐和加大农村成人教育的投资力度是发展农村成人教育的关键，也是《纲要》的内在要求。
