| Abstract: | Education fairness does not merely refer to equal education opportunities for everyone, it also demands that the same quality as in other schools in the education process. Teachers in schools for children of rural migrant workers play a key role in the realization of education fairness in the education process, and the improvement of teachers＇quality needs the involvement of and the help from the schools concerned, the government, and our society at large. |
