摘    要:教育公平不仅仅是教育机会公平问题,还有教育过程中的质量公平问题。民工子弟学校的师资是实现民工子弟教育过程公平的关键,其师资质量的提高需要学校、政府和社会的共同参与和帮助。

Abstract:Education fairness does not merely refer to equal education opportunities for everyone, it also demands that the same quality as in other schools in the education process. Teachers in schools for children of rural migrant workers play a key role in the realization of education fairness in the education process, and the improvement of teachers'quality needs the involvement of and the help from the schools concerned, the government, and our society at large.
