| 摘 要： | 不管是在工业、军画和教育领域还是在运动领域,凝聚力这一群体现象是受到最为广泛研究的课题之一。近十多年来。学者们一直对以下几个问题颇感兴趣,什么是凝聚力?如何评价凝聚力?哪些内外部变量影响着凝聚力的形成?凝聚力与活动成功的关系是什么?等等。本文对上述几个问题的研究现状逐一作出介绍和讨论。
