| 摘 要： | 明代驿递夫役的佥派方式经历了随田粮佥派夫役到纳银代役两个阶段。随田粮佥派夫役在实施过程中诸弊丛生,迫使明政府不得不进行改革。纳银代役制的实行,保证了驿递系统的顺利运行,也减轻了人民的负担,在实行之初产生了有利的社会影响。

| Abstract: | The requisition of the forced labor of the postal de li very changed in the Ming Dynasty through two stages. In the first stage, the pea sants had to do corvee labor according to the land tax. It had many drawbacks, s o the government adopted a new principle. In the second stage, the new principle was adopted. They were allowed to pay silver coins for the corvee labor. It mad e the postal delivery system work well and reduced the peasants' burden, which h ad a positive effect in the beginning. |
