| 摘 要： | 对信息技术企业技术创新能力与企业成长的相关性进行了研究,以我国境内的501家IT企业的实证研究表明,技术创新能力对于企业成长的影响在企业发展的不同阶段其影响有显著差异,即技术创新能力对于企业创业期具有显著影响,对于快速成长期具有反向的显著影响,对于稳定阶段影响不显著,并对其结果进行了分析。
