| 摘 要： | 开放教育行政管理专科学员网上学习积极性不高，其主要原因是：学员的认知未完全到位；教学管理支持服务未完全到位；网上资源不能满足学员多样化需求。要提高学员网上学习积极性，需要做到加强对学员网上学习重要性的宣传，加强对学员网上学习相关技能的培训，加强与分校专业责任教师、管理教师的联系，加强与学员的沟通，围绕学员的需求建设资源，加强对各分校和相关学员网上学习的及时总结，加大网上学习在省开课形成性考核申的比例。
