篮球专项力量训练的研究

摘    要:篮球运动员的力量训练应注重弹跳力、腰背部肌肉力量、小腿肌群力量和手臂、手腕、手指力量的发展.该研究从篮球专项力量训练的理论基础、训练方法的选择、需要注意的问题等方面进行了分析,为篮球专项力量的训练提供了重要参考.

Abstract:First,the article attempts to analyze the elementary theory of training basketball special strength,the choice of training ways and the problems that need to be noticed.Then,it points out that during the training of basketball,we should pay attention to the development of jumping,muscle strength of waist and back,the strength of calf muscles and the strength of arms,wrists,fingers.It provides an important reference for the training of basketball special strength.
