| 摘 要： | 个性 ,是指一个人在自己的行为活动中经常表现和比较稳定的心理特征。提倡“个性化”教育已成为教育教学改革的重要课题。要尊重学生 ,在平等中发展个性 ;发现学生的闪光点 ,全面、公正、合理地对待每一个学生 ;鼓励学生的质疑问难 ,使学生在质疑问难中不断超越自我 ;从做中学 ,在体验中发展个性 ;强化“人本意识” ,在主动中发展个性

| Abstract: | Personality refers to a person's frequent and stable psychological characteristics.Personality education has become an important topic in the teaching reform.We should respect the students and develop their personalities fairly.We should discover the students' merits and treat them fairly and reasonably.We should encourage the students to raise questions and let them surpass themselves.The students should learn from doing and develop their personalities in experience.We should strengthen the idea of people-focusing and develop their personalities actively. |
