地拉韦啶的关键中间体5-硝基-1H-吲哚-2-羧酸的合成工艺研究

摘    要:以对硝基苯胺为原料,经重氮化、成腙、环合、水解等四个步骤得到抗艾滋病药物地拉韦啶的关键中间体5-硝基-1H-吲哚-2-羧酸,产物结构经1HNMR以及元素分析得到确证,总收率为59.0%.

Abstract:5-nitro-lH-indole-2-acid as the mediate of anti-aids medicine delavirdine was obtained from p-nitroaniline 1 through diazotization.hydrazone reaction,cyclic reaction and hydrolysis,the yield was 59.0% ,its structure was measured with HNMR and elementary analyses, significantly it is easy to come true industrialization
