| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计等研究方法,对江西省大学生闲暇体育锻炼行为及影响因素进行研究。结果发现:多数大学生有自己喜爱的闲暇体育锻炼项目,男女生闲暇体育锻炼项目存在差异;大学生闲暇体育锻炼频次男生高于女生;由同学陪同一起锻炼是主要锻炼形式。影响大学生闲暇体育锻炼的主要因素为:体育心理情感、体育环境、个人体质和体育技能。

| Abstract: | The research methods of literature,questionnaire, mathematical statistics etc.were applied to doing research on the spare-time physical training behavior of the university students in Jiangxi province and the influential factors.The findings are that most of the students have favorite spare-time physical training events of their own,there are differences between male students and female students in the spare-time physical training events,the frequency of male students taking part in the spare-time physical training is higher than that of female students and going to train along with classmates is a main training form.The main factors of impeding the university students' participation in the spare-time physical training are those of sports psychology feeling,sports circumstance,individual physique and sports skill. |
