| 摘 要： | 高中化学新课标提出了＂促进每个学生全面而有个性的发展＂、＂教学民主＂的理念,这一系列的要求,对教师在教学实施方面提出了许多新的挑战和新的期待。因此,在化学教学中教师必须更新观念,以人为本,树立正确的学生观;注重培养学生自主性的学习品质;鼓励学生成为课堂的主人;培养学生创造性的个性品质;要注重培养学生的质疑精神、创新能力,把素质教育融入课堂。
