| 摘 要： | 从民国初年到抗战时期,广西省会城市的南迁和北归,不仅使桂林的政治地位发生了显著的变化,而且对于桂林城市的图书出版事业产生了较大影响。省会北迁是抗战时期桂林图书出版事业兴盛的重要原因之一。
