Abstract:In this paper the question that orientation effect in electrophilic aroma tic substitution was discussed according to the relation of the chemical shifts of ring protonsand electron clouds in benzene.Weanwhile the products of electrophilic aromatic pol ysubstitution were also predicted by chemical shifts in IH-NMR spectral.
