| 摘 要： | 新时期、新形势下,加强和改进高校学生思想政治教育是高校工作的重点,高校辅导员作为学生最直接的教育和管理者,切实从提高自身修养、更多关心单亲家庭学生、更多关爱‘三困’学生、更多鼓励学生和积极开拓思想政治教育工作新阵地几方面改进自身的工作方法,这对加强高校学生思想政治教育工作也具有重要的意义。
