摘    要:本研究基于智力障碍学生人际交往潜能现状和初职校现实的问题背景,从课程理念、课程目标、课程结构与设置、课程内容与教材编写、课程实施、课程评价与管理等六个方面入手,开发了适合于智力障碍学生初职教育的人与社会课程体系,并初步认识智障初职学生人际交往潜能开发的规律。

Abstract:"Human and Society" curriculum system of elementary vocational education is developed from the aspects of concept,goal,structure and setup,content of curriculum and writing textbook,implement,assessing and managing the curriculum etc.The curriculum system is based on the ability of human relationship state of intelligence disability students and the background of elementary vocational education which is adapted to intelligence disability students.The rules will be perceived about the communication capacity for the students of elementary vocational education.
