| 摘 要： | 工程造价是保证建设工程质量和安全的基础.分析了工程造价具有大额性、个别性、动态性、层次性及兼容性等显著特征,阐述了切实进行工程造价管理,必须认真严谨做好项目前期可行性研究、项目实施中的严密监控和工程竣工后的结算审查等3个环节工作.

Control over building cost of a project should be had in the whole process of its construction |

| Abstract: | Building cost is a basis to guarantee quality and safety of a constructing project. Its apparent features such as big amount, individuality, mobility, properties of layers and compatibility are analyzed. The paper expounds three jobs to be done, that is, to earnestly and carefully make a study of preliminary feasibility of the project, to closely supervise it in the course of carrying out the project and to inspect final accounts after the completion of the project in order to solidly conduct the administration for building cost of the project. |
