| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、问卷法、统计法对大学生参加课外体育锻炼情况进行调查分析,全面研究大学生参加课外体育锻炼的目的、内容、锻炼时间、影响因素等现状,以便为更好地开展大学生课外体育锻炼,提供相应的对策与建议,从而树立终身体育观念。
