PBL结合案例导入教学法在外科护理理论教学中的应用

摘    要:目的:探讨PBL结合案例导入教学法在外科护理理论教学中的应用效果。方法:随机抽取我校240名护理班大二学生并随机分为实验组(n=120)和对照组(n=120)。实验组采用PBL结合案例导入教学法的教学模式,对照组采用传统讲授法,对比分析两组学生知识掌握情况。结果:实验组学生期末考试成绩平均分高于对照组学生(t=5.528,P=0.000),且P〈0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论:PBL结合案例导入教学法在外科护理理论教学中的应用效果较传统教授法效果更好。

Abstract:Aim:Explore the application effect of PBL combining with case in surgical nursing theory teaching.Methods:We randomly choose 240 nursing students in the second grade,and randomly divided them into two classes.One is the experimental group(n=120),and the other is the control group(n=120).We use PBL combining with case in the teaching,and the traditional teaching methods in the control group.We compare and analysis the students’ condition of grasping of the knowledge.Results:The student’s average mark of the final exam in the experimental group are higher than that in the control group(t=5.528,P=0.000).And the difference has statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application effect of PBL combining with case in surgical nursing theory teaching than that of traditional teaching methods.
