| 摘 要： | 我国体育事业三大结构的发展失衡、农村体育发展滞后、区域体育发展畸型及体育精神与体育道德缺失等,诸多体育的现实问题亟待从发展战略、结构、体制、文化等层次加以调适或解决。这些体育现实问题的调适或解决,对促进我国社会、人与自然的和谐发展,对构建社会主义和谐社会具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | The development of the three major fabrics of Chinese sport is not balanced,and sport in the countryside is in a low level.At the same time,sport in the different regions can not develop normally;What's more,we're facing a hardship that is the lack of the sprit and the morality of the sport.As a result,we must take effective measures to solve and adjust these practical problems is terms of promoting strategy,construction,system and the culture of the sports,which has a great significance on the harmonious development of the society,human and the nature,as well as the construction of the socialism and the harmonious society. |
