大学组织文化刚性:成因与治理

摘    要:大学组织文化刚性是阻碍大学组织变革、抑制竞争优势形成的重要因素。它的形成与路径依赖、组织常规、组织社会化、文化维模、沉没成本等有关。消解大学的组织文化刚性,需要塑造共享的变革愿景、鼓励员工参与变革、加强对员工的教育与沟通、倡导自我反思的学习型组织文化。
