集成电路原理与设计课程的教学优化

摘    要:根据我校微电子学专业教学的实际情况,本文阐述了如何对《集成电路原理与设计》课程的教学进行优化。这些优化包括教学内容、方法和学时,如删除了如工艺、器件原理等与其它课程重复的内容,结合目前工业界和研究生教学的需求,增加了verilog和SPICE、数字集成电路实现相关的EDA工具等教学内容,强调学生的实践能力,使理论和实践联系的更紧密。通过课程教学的优化提高了学生学习的积极性和就业时的竞争力,达到预期的目标。
