| 摘 要： | 增强农村基层党组织的凝聚力是实现党的农村发展目标、提高党的执政能力建设的必然要求.由于种种原因,基层党组织凝聚力在农村许多地区有所弱化.唯有加强农村党支部的领导班子建设,建立和完善村干部的激励机制,提高农村基层党组织的执行力以及加强后备队伍的建设,才是问题的最优解.
