| 摘 要： | 诱导、表达含有猪囊尾蚴cC1蛋白基因的原核表达载体pET-28a质粒(pET28a-cC1)，纯化、鉴定融合蛋白,以此作为抗原包被反应板，对囊尾蚴病人等血清进行ELISA检测。检测56份囊尾蚴病患者血清，抗体阳性者53份，阳性率为94.7％；检测30份血吸虫病患者血清，交叉反应率为3.33％(1/30)；检测30份正常...
