| 摘 要： | 腐败是政治肌体上的恶性肿瘤，是跨越不同历史时期和国界的一种反明现象。公共权力的非公共运行就是腐败。运用经济学的方法探析我国社会转型时期的腐败根源，为我们认识腐败、研究腐败、治理腐败提供了新的观点和新的方法，从制度上治理腐败，要尽快实现经济体制的转轨，完善对行政机构的监督机制，逐步建立合理的利益机制，确保政府及其公职人员正当合法利益的实现，并强化道德约束，加强思想道德教育。

| Abstract: | Corruption is the malignant tumor of the political bodyand it is a anti-civilization phenomenon across different
historic periods and different countries. The non-public operation of the public right is the corruption. It will provide us new
views and new ways to revognize, study and control corruption to discuss and analyze the corruption sources during the period of
social transformation of our country using the methods in economics. To prevent corruption in the system, we ought to realize the
transformation of the economic system, complete the supervision system to the daministrative organizations, gradually set up rea-
sonable benefit system, ensure the realization of the right and legal benefit of the officials, strengthening the morality and educa-
tion. |
