| 摘 要： | 学生公寓作为大学生学习、生活相对集中的区域,已经成为高校对学生进行教育的一个重要阵地,学校网络环境的迅猛发展对学生公寓服务工作提出了新考验。文章分析了加强公寓电子化服务体系建设的基本模式,并从教育、管理、服务、信息反馈四个方面,分析设计了公寓社区电子化服务系统的结构和内容。
