| Abstract: | The history of droughts disaster of Binzhou City is studied with the literature research method;the economic losses caused by drought disasters in the past 50 years since the fonuding of the P.R.C. are evaluated in the investigation-evaluation method and Heinrich method;and the causes of drought disasters are analyzed and the countermeasures are put forword. |
