| 摘 要： | 高职行业英语教师专业发展是高职英语教学改革的保障，行业英语教师的专业发展很有必要。行业英语教师专业发展既要有管理部门的政策支持和鼓励，更需自身的发展意识和努力，通过立足校本研究、互相合作、自主学习等途径，不断完善自己的知识结构，适应高职行业英语教学的需要。

| Abstract: | The professional development of ESP teachers is a guarantee of the English teaching reform in high vocational colleges and is crucial important.To ensure that ESP teachers can get professional development,ESP teachers need support and encouragement from the administrative department.They themselves should also have the awareness of self-development and self-help.By doing school-based research,co-operating with colleagues and self-studying,ESP teachers can constantly optimize their knowledge structure and get suitable for the needs of ESP teaching in high vocational colleges. |
