| 摘 要： | 高校班级管理者的误区是把自己作为管理者被动地去管理班级，因而缺乏主动性、积极性和创新性。在当今日新月异的变革中，辅导员要转变思维模式，学会用老板的思维经营班级，不但能成就学生，成就学校，成就社会，还能成就自己未来的事业，实现学生、个人、学校、社会四方共赢。
