| 摘 要： | 经管类专业实践教学通过沙盘模拟环境，仿真企业经营环境，为学生提供一个进入企业进行不同岗位操作和学习的机会，学生可以身临其境地把学到专业知识运用到实战中去。“沙盘模拟”教学法是新兴的实践教学方法，充分体现出“行为导向”和“岗位体验”的实践教学理念。基于沙盘模拟环境构建高职经管类专业实践教学体系，既可提高学生综合职业素质与能力，同时也可以解决困扰经管类专业发展的实践教学组织难、实施难的问题，将进一步完善现行的经管类专业实践教学体系。

| Abstract: | Through ERP sand table simulation environment and the simulation of enterprise management environment,practical teaching of Higher vocational economics and management majors can provide students the opportunity of different position operation and learn,in which students can apply professional knowledge to practical use vividly.Sand table simulation teaching is a king of new practical teaching methods,which fully reflect the practice teaching idea of behavior orientation and post experience.Practical teaching system construction of Higher vocational economics and management majors in ERP sand table simulation environment can not only improve comprehensive professional quality and ability of students,but will solve the problem of practice teaching organization and implementation,and will further perfect the current practice teaching system of economics and management majors. |
