| 摘 要： | 当前理工科大学艺术素质教育存在认识不到位、科学体系没有形成、师资严重缺乏、管理体制没有建立等许多问题。要重视大学生的艺术素质教育,采取落实艺术素质教育的重要地位、加强艺术素质教育的科学研究、构建艺术素质教育的科学体系、建立高素质的师资队伍、积极利用社会艺术资源等对策。

| Abstract: | In science and engineering universities,there is many problems in today's quality arts education as lacking of undstanding,not forming a scientific system,serious shortage of teachers,and no establishment of management system,etc.It is necessary to take the countermeasures as to realize the importance,strengthen the scientific research,build the scientific system,establish of high-quality teaching staff of quality arts education,and fully use of social arts resources,etc. |
